To the club!! Tshdoom...Tschdoom....Tschdoom..

Can you feel the vibration??? My first clubbing here in Kiel has been an experience. This town may be small and boring on the outside, but inside this sleepy town is a party city in disguise.

There are plenty of posters, guide books of the clubbing scene here, just like we have juice in singapore. In Kiel, people go to clubs from thursday to saturdays and there are about 8-10 major clubs, with events such as reggae fire, black Jam, U30 (over 30 yrs old party), Retro, trance, Euro dance, and chap palang music every different night.

I would really love to post pictures of my clubbing in Traum GmBH on last friday, but my new camera is only gonna arrive tomorrow. You can check out the club here .
http://www.traumgmbh.de/party.htm This club is about the size of the entire zouk and it plays hip hop RnB throughout the nite, the music is good, the crowd is pretty and the cover charge only 5 euros. The place is 2 storeys high, with a huge main dance floor, a viewing gallery on the second level and the DJ set elevated on the opposite side. The crowd in Traum is mainly young german students and with me, the only asian around. Ratio of Male and Female is about 50%, something you will seldom find in singapore.

At around 12, people started to fill the dancefloor and the guys started picking the girls up. I didnt dance cos i would look like an idiot dancing alone, so i was up there at the gallery having my beer and watching the 'show'. This show is pretty entertaining. Within an hour there was about 3-4 fights and they don't have bouncers to stop the fight, the fight is pretty violent and hilarious. They threw punches, chairs, kicks and their head. I was like wah...song. This place is like a live ring...haha. Some of other people at the gallery tried talking to me and asking me some questions, but i totally cannot understand them and they totally cannot understand me...and i told them..." Knn this place play Hip Hop (english american music and Rap) and u all dun understand english............." After some handsigns, a few cheers and 2 hours of 'clubbing' i left the place.

My transport for clubbing is no longer my blue turtle wheels, i had to walk 30min+ to reach the club and i took a longer route back (abt 45 mins) to see more of the town. Along the way i came across a turkish resturant selling turkish doners at 1.90 euros and i bought and ate it. It was shiok..........man, the night was cold at abt 2 deg C but feels like -4 deg C with the strong winds, having a hot doner, chipped lamb meat, veggies, cheese and chilli sauce warms my stomach...
That was my first solo clubbing experience in Germany. Not exactly the kind i get in singapore but overall,c it was worth the money, only 5 euros...haha.
